Mediflow Waterbase Pillow

Regular readers of this blog know that I suffer from horrible bouts of insomnia. While I'm sure a lot of it is stress related, part of it is due to the fact that I just can't get comfortable to sleep. I haven't had a really comfy pillow in years. I sleep on my side and it has always been recommended that I should use a firmer pillow, but if they're too firm (or too soft) it aggravates the injury I sustained to my neck from the rear-end traffic accident I was in three years ago. I've found a pillow that I definitely want to try. It's called the Mediflow pillow. They claim their patented water based pillow design will reduce neck pain and improve the quality of sleep.

The degree of support of this pillow is determined by how much water is added to the core and can be adjusted by simply adding or removing water. It also has a hypoallergenic fiber covering which is important for allergy sufferers such as myself.

Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine performed a clinical trial of pillows and ranked the Mediflow Waterbase® Pillow best in all areas tested such as how fast people fell asleep, how few times the participants woke up during the night and the overall quality of sleep.

What's great is that it can be ordered online at either Target or JCPenney. It's also showing that I can purchase it at one of the Denver metro area JCPenney locations not too far from here.

I'm really getting tired of fluffing my pillow at night, using two or more pillows that have compacted and still not being able to sleep comfortably and waking up every morning with neck pain. It's been a really long time since I've had a good night's sleep. I'm definitely going to give this pillow a try.
